VCF Mestalla visit Leicester City in Premier League International Cup
VCF Mestalla will participate in the second matchday of the Premier League International Cup this Wednesday, taking on Leicester City FC at the recently created Leicester City Football Club Training Ground Seagrave facilities.

The team coached by Miguel Ángel Angulo debuted in the competition a month ago with a goalless draw against Fulham FC. Leicester City were victorious 1-0 against Wolfsburg in their opening fixture.

The team will also face Wolves in December and round off the group stage against Blackburn Rovers in January 2023.

Format
The Under-21s competition brings together 12 Premier teams with another 12 clubs from other countries such as Germany, Portugal, Spain, the Netherlands and Scotland. Participating clubs are divided into 3 groups of eight teams. The first two from each group and the two best third place finishers qualify for the knockout stages.
